I've been a fitness enthusiast for years, starting out with strength training where I built a real understanding of discipline, consistency, and how to train with intent. Over time that drive pulled me towards endurance, and I've since raced everything from 5Ks to 50Ks - always looking for the next challenge and the next limit to push past. Whether it's chasing a new personal best or taking on a longer distance, I'm driven by the belief that there's always another level to reach. Along the way I founded Saturday Run Club, because the best part of the sport is sharing it.

I've always enjoyed staying active, even though running has never really been my thing. I played hockey from the age of 5 to 19, and these days you'll usually find me in the gym or out walking. For me, movement has never been about one specific sport - it's just something that's always been part of my routine.

That's a big part of why I wanted to build SRC. It's not just for runners; it's for anyone who enjoys being active, whatever that looks like. Whether you're in the gym, on a walk, playing sport, or training for your next race, you're part of the community.

I’ve been passionate about fitness for years, with a background in bodybuilding and strength training, where I developed a deep understanding of building muscle, improving performance, and creating sustainable training habits. As a former rugby player, I’ve always enjoyed challenging myself physically and pushing my limits. In late 2025, I discovered running and quickly fell in love with the sport. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to continually pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, chasing new personal bests, embracing new challenges, and proving that with consistency and the right mindset, there’s always another level to reach.
